size and mesh options:
- brick canvas: 18 mesh only (classic and timeless)
- medium ornament: approx. 5x5 on 18 mesh (perfect for a detailed keepsake)
- large: 7x7 or larger on 18 or 13 mesh (13 mesh available, but 18 mesh is recommended for finer detail)

how it works:
1. choose your canvas size and mesh count.
2. include any design notes in the personalization box (colors, details, or specific features of the home).
3. send me a clear, high-quality photo of the house via etsy messages.
4. once your order is placed, i’ll reach out to confirm the details and send you a digital proof for approval.
5. after approval, the painting begins!
